Cabinet Return Policy

Let's cut to the chase, we are a small company just starting out and at this point we cannot offer any returns. All sales are final. But if your products were broken during shipping or are defective in anyway you may qualify for our warranty or replacement programs. All return and replacement orders must be authorized by Discount Custom Cabinets.

Limited Warranty

Discount Custom Cabinets warrants through our distributors that all of its products will be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of five years from the date of shipment from our facility.  If any defects are found in the cabinets themselves within the specified timeframe, please use one of the specified resources below to contact us.

Shipping Damage Policy

Since we do ship all cabinets, occasionally we run into shipping damage. When the cabinets are getting delivered it is best to look the cabinets over before you sign the release. If there is damage on the boxes make a note of it on the shipping slip before the driver leaves. You have 48 hours to find any shipping damage. After 48 hours any unreported damage will not be covered.
